It couldn't be fresher! Our meat cutting runs continuously from Sunday 6 p.m. to Friday evening. Up to 1000 sides of pork and 100 beef quarters are prepared every night. In the morning, order-related processing takes place for our customers and our Cash & Carry market. Sales are open from 4 a.m. until 1 p.m. and fresh products are available directly off the meat hook.

We have a long tradition of fresh goods to go. We have been active in the wholesale meat market for Hamburg and the surrounding area since 1961. From small beginnings, we have grown into a market with 5,500 m² and 12,000 articles. However, the personal relationship with our customers remains the same as before:
